Getting AI to actually work inside your company
I don't sell AI. I take repetitive tasks off your team's hands and give you data to decide with. First I look at how you work, then we prove it with a single automation, and only then do we scale.
The problem
Hours lost to repetitive tasks — and decisions made without data
In almost every small company there are one or two people spending half their day copying data from one place to another, answering the same questions, or building documents from scratch. That is exactly where AI already works well today.
- Customer support
- Quotes
- Invoices
- Appointments
- Reports
What it looks like
Four businesses you'll recognise
Online shop
The same questions arrive every day by WhatsApp and email: is this size in stock, when does my order arrive, how do I return it. Whoever is free answers, in between everything else.
An assistant answers using real stock and shipping data, and hands the conversation to a person as soon as it isn't sure.
ResultReplies within minutes at any hour, and a team looking after the shop instead of the phone.
Accountancy firm
Clients send invoices however they can: photos, PDFs, loose emails. Someone renames them, files them and types them into the accounting software.
Each invoice is read as it arrives, the data extracted, and a file left ready to import. At month end, an automatic reminder of what's missing per client.
ResultFar fewer hours typing, and month-end closes without chasing anyone.
Clinic or practice
Reception takes calls about appointments, prices and how to prepare for a test, while patients wait at the desk.
An assistant on the website and WhatsApp informs, collects the details and offers a slot. Automatic reminder and confirmation the day before; slots that free up are offered to the waiting list.
ResultFewer missed appointments, and a reception desk looking after whoever is standing in front of it.
Builder or renovations
A quote takes days: typing up the site visit notes, looking up unit prices, writing it. And the ones sent out that go quiet get forgotten.
From the visit notes and the price list, a draft quote comes out in minutes for the site manager to review and sign off. Quotes with no answer get followed up after seven days.
ResultQuotes out the same day, and no opportunity forgotten.
And the decisions
Decisions made without data
Sales, costs, unpaid invoices and team hours usually live in four different tools. A one-page monthly report that pulls them together, generated on its own, changes how you decide what to do next month.
How I work
Four steps, always in this order
First understand how you work, then prove with a single automation that it pays off, and only then scale. No rolling out ten tools at once.
Diagnosis
A 2-hour session at your company + report within a week
I take stock of the day-to-day processes: who does what, with which tools and how long it takes. I talk to the people doing the work, not just to management.
- A map of opportunities ordered by impact and effort
- What to automate first, what later and what isn't worth it
- Tools you already have that we can make more of
Deliverablediagnosis report with the impact/effort map
Pilot
2–3 weeks
We pick one automation — the highest impact for the least effort — and build it end to end with real data. We measure how long it took before and how long it takes after.
Deliverablethe automation running, with its before/after measurement
Rollout and training
1–2 weeks
We put it into production for the whole team, document it in plain language and run a hands-on session with the people who'll use it. We agree who maintains it and what to do when something breaks.

Ongoing work
Month to month, no lock-in
A weekly session to review what's running and tackle the next improvement on the backlog. Each session produces minutes with what was decided and what's pending; each month, a report with what's been achieved and the next step.
Deliverableweekly minutes, a live backlog and a monthly report
From first call to the first automation running: about six weeks
- Week 1Diagnosis and report
- Weeks 2–4Pilot with real data and measurement
- Weeks 5–6Rollout and training
- From thereWeekly sessions: a new improvement every month
Timings depend on access to your tools and your people; they're agreed in writing in the diagnosis report.
Ongoing work
What working with me every month includes
The monthly work is what makes AI stay in the company instead of staying a demo. This is what you get.
Weekly session
In person in Palma or by video call. We review what's running, unblock what's stuck and decide the next improvement.
Automation backlog
A living list of everything that could be improved, ordered by impact and effort. You set the priorities; I keep the list current.
Minutes of every session
What was decided, who does what and by when. Sent the same day by email, so nobody has to remember.
Monthly report
One page: automations running, estimated hours saved, incidents, and next month's plan.
Client portal
Your own login to your backlog, minutes, reports and the documentation for each automation. All in one place, not scattered across emails.
Support between sessions
Questions and small adjustments by email between sessions, answered within 24 working hours.
What you should know up front
- I work with the tools you already use (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, WhatsApp, your management software) wherever that's possible.
- AI tool licences are taken out in your company's name: the data and the access are yours.
- Nothing goes into production until someone on your team has tried it and signed it off.

Who I am
Fifteen years inside how small companies actually run
I'm Jero Shannon. Since 2015 I've run Teix Web Studio, the Palma studio behind websites, online shops and management systems for small businesses across the Balearics: shops, accountants, clinics, restaurants, builders and law firms. Before that I was a project manager at Globant, coordinating large teams for international clients.
Over the last few years I've built AI into my own company: email, quotes, bookkeeping, reports and support all run through automations I set up myself. I know what holds up in a small company and what stays a demo. When something needs real development, the Teix Web Studio team builds it and I coordinate it.

Take the two-minute test first
Ten questions about how your company runs day to day, and you get your result on screen: where the time goes, what I'd automate first and roughly how many hours a month you could get back. Free, and you don't have to talk to anyone.
Next step
Request your AI diagnosis
Tell me how you work and where the time goes. If I see something worth automating, I'll tell you and propose where to start. If I don't, I'll tell you that too.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do I need to have any of this set up already?
No. Most companies I start with have Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and a management program, and nothing else. The diagnosis starts from whatever you have.
Are you going to replace people on my team?
That's not what I'm hired for. I take the repetitive part off their hands so they spend their day on the work only a person can do. If a task disappears entirely, we agree beforehand what that person does instead.
What if it turns out AI isn't worth it for us?
Then I say so in the diagnosis report and we stop there. I'd rather lose the engagement than sell you a system nobody ends up using.
Whose data is it, and where does it live?
Yours. Licences are taken out in your company's name and the accesses are yours from day one. If you stop working with me, nothing gets switched off.
Do I have to commit to a minimum period?
No. The monthly work is month to month, cancellable before the next one starts.
Who builds it when it needs real development?
The Teix Web Studio team, the Palma studio I run, coordinated by me. You still deal with one person.
Do you work outside Mallorca?
Yes. The sessions are in person in Palma or by video call anywhere in Spain. The diagnosis session works better in person when it's possible.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many hours a week you want and how much development is involved. Ask for the diagnosis and you'll get the figures in writing, with scope and timings, before committing to anything.
