Artificial intelligence for hotels in Mallorca

In season, the front desk of a small hotel answers the same questions in four languages while looking after whoever is standing in front of it. That is where AI already helps today, without changing your booking software.

Where the time goes in a small hotel

In Mallorca's boutique hotels, rural estates and holiday rentals, the repetitive work is concentrated in a few places: emails and messages before arrival, traveller data, reviews and, at the end of the season, trying to work out what has worked. It is almost always done by the same person who is on the front desk.

  • Questions before arrival. Check-in times, parking, airport transfer, whether pets are allowed. The same questions, in German, English, Spanish and French.
  • Traveller data. Collecting and checking the data that has to be reported to the Ministry of the Interior since December 2024 (SES.Hospedajes), without chasing every guest.
  • Reviews. Replying on Google, Booking and TripAdvisor in your own tone, in the guest's language, without leaving them unanswered for weeks.
  • Season reports. Occupancy, the channel of each booking and what the reviews say, brought together on one page instead of four programs.

What the AI does and what your team still does

An assistant can answer the frequent questions with your hotel's real information, in the language the guest writes in, and pass to the front desk anything it is not sure about: a special request, a complaint, a change of dates. The conversation with the guest stays yours; the AI only takes what repeats.

The same goes for reviews: the AI prepares a draft in your tone and someone checks it before it is published. With traveller data, the system asks for what is missing and flags what does not add up before it is sent.

Without changing your PMS or your booking engine

There is no need to change your hotel management software. The first thing I look at in the diagnosis is which data can be taken from what you already use: the PMS, email, the channel manager, your Google and Booking listings. From there I suggest a single automation for next season and we measure it.

The best time to set it up is out of season, from November to March, so that by Easter it is already tested and the team knows how to use it.

The website sells rooms too

Many direct bookings are lost because the website does not answer what the guest wants to know or because booking is harder than on an OTA. If needed, the Teix Web Studio team rebuilds the website or the booking engine, and I make sure it fits with what is automated behind it.

Questions

What people usually ask

Does it work for a small hotel or a rural guesthouse?

Yes, and it is where it shows most: in a hotel with few rooms, the same person handles the front desk, email and reviews. Taking the repetitive work off them frees up hours in the middle of the season.

Does the AI reply to guests directly?

Only to what we have decided it can answer, using your hotel's information. Everything else goes to a person. It is checked during the pilot before it is left to run on its own.

Do I have to change my PMS?

No. The automation connects to what you already use. If the PMS gives no way at all to get data out, I will tell you in the diagnosis.

When is the best time to start?

Out of season, between November and March, so you reach Easter with everything tested.

What happens with guest data?

It is handled with tools taken out in your company's name and configured not to use your data for training. We review it in the diagnosis together with your privacy policy.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the hotel and what is automated. After the diagnosis you get the figures in writing before you commit to anything.
