Why go through a consultant instead of straight to an agency?
Because most projects fail from a poor initial diagnosis, not poor execution. I handle that part first, in plain language, then coordinate the technical side so you don't have to.
Do you charge on top of Teix Web Studio?
There's no double invoice or markup for going through me: the budget I give you is the same as the executed project's, with the advantage of having a consultant on your side throughout.
How long until the project starts?
The diagnosis and budget phase usually wraps up in a week. Execution depends on scope, always with a clear timeline from day one.
Can I hire just the consulting, without Teix executing?
Yes. If you already have a technical provider, I can do just the diagnosis and scope definition, and you decide who builds it.
